Prom Dresses?

I live in the San Fransisco area, and i was wondering if anyone could suggest a place to shop for prom dresses, not online. I’ve already tried nordstrom, macys, and betsey johnson. i like betsey but shes a little pricey. help. im looking for short dress no more that 300 dollars
